{Breakfast for a Week}


Dry Ingredients:
-3 cups of dry oats
-1/2 cup of ground flaxseed
-1/2 cup of oat flour
-6 tsp of sweetener {I used brown sugar}
-3 tsp of cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:
-1/2 a cup of unsweetened applesauce
-3 cups of liquid {I used 1 cup of milk and two cups of water}
-1 tsp of vanilla

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Combine wet with dry ingredients. In the bottom of 6-8 mason jars fill the bottom of each jar with fruit of your choice and nuts. Fill the remaining with oatmeal mixture. Bake mason jars in a 9x13 baking pan filled with 4 cups of water. Bake for 30-40 minutes. You can store mason jars in the fridge and heat up in the am for a quick breakfast!
